The grievance of the Petitioners is that the proposal seeking individual approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.3, is pending since October, 2022.

Let Respondent No.5 deal with the said proposal by following the due procedure laid down in the law and take a decision within a period of 60 days from today.

The decision shall be communicated to the Management forthwith. If Petitioner No.3 is aggrieved by the said decision, liberty to

If Petitioner No.3's proposal is accepted, the Management and the statutory authorities shall initiate steps to ensure that the Shalarth ID is allotted within a period of 45 days thereafter. 5.
