In all these matters, the Petitioners have made representations to the Medical Officer of Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation. They desire that a decision may be taken with regard to their absorption considering the Government Resolution dated 14th March, 2024. Since an innocuous prayer has been put forth, we are not issuing notice to the Respondents.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off. 3.
Let the Medical Officer of Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation deal with the representations made by the Petitioners, on their own merits and by considering the Government Resolution and other factors applicable. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 60 days from the date of service of this order on Respondent No.4. 4.
The Petitioners shall serve a copy of this order on Respondent No.4 by Speed Post A.D.
