Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3-College has submitted that the admission was not accorded not only because of the vacant seat in the Caste category but also because of the following discrepancies were noted:- "The name and date of birth of the Petitioner appearing on the School Leaving Certificate, Domicile Certificate and in the Aadhar Card was differently spelt out."
