The Petitioner prays that this Court should issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Sub Divisional Officer, not to release the compensation amount in respect of Gat No. 808 situated at Village Yelmar, Mangewadi, Taluka Sangola, Dist Solapur, in favour of Respondent No.6 during the pendency of RCS No. 579 of 2017. 2.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned AGP, who vehemently opposes this Petition.

Since a Suit is already pending between the parties, we have no reason to entertain this Petition and the parties are left to their remedies as may be available in law.
