Perusal of the impugned order dated 23 January 2024 passed by the Collector clearly shows that the Petitioners have a remedy of filing an Appeal under the provisions of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the Petition. Reserving the liberty for the Petitioner to file Appeal, the Petition is disposed of. All contentions on merits are expressly kept open. 2.
