Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Petitioner - Society informs the Court that challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the rejection of the order passed by the Competent Authority denying deemed conveyance to the Petitioner - Society. He would submit that this is a phase wise development carried out by private Respondent who is the Developer represented by Mr. Mone.

Mr. Mone persuades the Court to grant some time to file Affidavit-in-Reply to place on record the details of phase wise

14.WP.15546.2024.doc development alongwith FSI calculation of the development carried out by the Petitioner and also all such necessary and relevant details pertaining to grant of conveyance to some of the Societies in the layout to enable the Court to adjudicate the present Petition. 4.
