The learned Advocate for the Petitioner prays that the proposal dated 27th September, 2018 seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner made on 22nd July, 2004, be decided. A categoric statement is made that the advertisement, prior to the appointment of the Petitioner, was published in Dainik Lokmat. 2.

The learned AGP submits that there are several issues that need to be gone into.
