The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions from the Petitioner present in the Court, that he will move a representation to the Management and request for a decision as to whether the DPC recommendations have been accepted by the Management or not. If the Management accepts the recommendations, then the Petitioner would suffer supersession for which he would approach the School Tribunal.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. If the Petitioner makes a representation to the Management as noted above, the Respondent No. 4 Management would respond to the said representation and convey its decision to the Petitioner within 45 days from the date of the service of this order upon the Management by the Petitioner. Needless to state, if the Petitioner realizes that he has been superseded, he would be at liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law.
