According to the Petitioners, upon death of the landlady who was a widow, it was incumbent on the part of the legal heirs of the landlady to issue notice to the tenants under provisions of Section 32F of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural katkam Page No.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 29 April 2025. In addition to Court notice, Petitioners are permitted to serve the Respondents by private notice.
