Learned counsel for respondents-SRA submits that in response to the application dated 17/01/2024 made by the petitioner to the Slum Rehabilitation Authority ('SRA', for short) which the petitioner wants the SRA to decide by way of this petition, has already been decided by the order dated 26/02/2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy has not been served on him. The copy of the order dated 26/02/2024 has been handed over to the petitioner just now.

Since the cause for which the petition is filed, has been worked out, it is now for the petitioner to take appropriate steps having

If the appeal is filed, the period spent in prosecuting this petition being bonafide, the same shall be considered sympathetically if a question of delay arises. Further, as it is the case of the petitioner that the copy of the order dated 26/02/2024 was never served on him, the said aspect shall obviously be taken into consideration by the competent forum. It is also open for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 26/02/2024 by way of appropriate proceedings.
