By this Petition, the challenge was to the order of 1st August 2024, setting aside the order of termination dated 12th January 2024, as the services of the permanent employee came to be terminated without holding inquiry.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to conduct the departmental inquiry against the Respondent No. 1 in accordance with the provisions of law. Perusal of the impugned order would indicate that the termination has been set aside for the reason that no inquiry was conducted. It is open for the Petitioners to follow the due process of law and thereafter terminate the Appellants, if so advised. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner on Shubham Talle 1 of
