The only prayer made in the present writ petition is for a direction to be issued to the 6th respondent - Talathi, Mauje Kolkhi, Taluka Phaltan, District Satara to comply with the directions issued by the Tahsildar, Phaltan on 12th July 2021. By that communication, the Talathi has been directed to take necessary steps and have the mutation entries made in accordance with Section 155 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

Considering the fact that period of more than four years has since elapsed, it is directed that the Talathi, Mauje Kolkhi, Taluka Phaltan, District Satara shall within a period of four weeks of receiving copy of this order act in accordance with the directions issued by the Tahsildar on 12th July 2021.
