None for the petitioner. The petitioner is appointed as Police Patil. 2.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he was illegally suspended by an order dated 6 April 2021. The petitioner accordingly made a request to respondent no.2 - Sub Divisional Officer to reinstate him. As his representation was not responded the present petition is filed. The grievance of the petitioner is in respect of his office services which are under the State Government.

Thus, considering the settled principles of law laid down in the Constitution Bench judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of L. Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India & Ors.1, as also reiterated by this (1997) 3 SCC 261 Pallavi Wargaonkar, PS
902-WP-15868-2024.AS.doc Court in the case of Vijay Ghogare vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors.2, the petitioner would be required to espouse the cause of action, if any, in proceedings before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 4.
Petition is accordingly disposed of keeping open all contentions of the petitioner, with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum.
