Mr. Kachare, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has today sought a stay on the election process of Respondent No.4-Association, which has been initiated by Respondent No.2 (the Joint Registrar, CS (CIDCO) Navi Mumbai). It is his submission that the election process is being conducted not in accordance with the relevant bylaws and it is thus that a stay is sought for. 2.

Mr. Walimbe, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.5 to 14 raises a preliminary objection by pointing out that the prayers which Shubham 1/2

2 6-WP-15883-2024.doc have been sought for in the present Petition are mutually destructive. He points out that while in prayer clause (b) of the Petition, the Petitioner sought quashing of the election process, the Petitioner has in prayer clause (c) sought to participate in the said election by having the rejection of the Petitioner's nomination quashed.

After having heard Learned Counsel, we are at this stage not inclined to grant any ad interim relief since we find there is no grave urgency to move the vacation Bench. Let the matter be heard in regular course. 4.
