The Petitioner seeks consideration of representation dated 26.09.2024 preferred by him in the matter of grant of approval to a proposal for erecting the statue of the Ex-Prime Minister Shri. Rajiv Gandhi in the city of Thane.

On 05.02.2025, the learned Assistant Government Pleader had stated on instructions that the proposal has been resubmitted on 22.01.2025 and the same was being examined by the State Government. Today it is informed that the relevant papers are being considered by the Revenue and Forest Department. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.4 to consider the aforesaid proposal in Sneha Chavan 1/2
