Mr. Prakash Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that as on date no show cause notice was issued to the petitioner nor any proceeding has been initiated against him. The learned counsel for the petitioner further states that it was on count of medical reasons that the petitioner could not tender joining at Ambegaon and now he has obtained the fitness certificate to the effect that he is fit to resume duty.

The petitioner, who was transferred to Tahasil Office at Ambegaon within the district of Pune, is now willing to tender joining at the transferred place.

Subject to a decision by the respondent no.2 on payment of salary and other allowances to the petitioner for the period during which he remained absent, the petitioner is permitted to tender his joining at the Tahasil Office, VAISHALI ANIL TIKAM Ambegaon on or before 4th September 2025.
