We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned AGP. We have perused the order of approval granted by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Pune dated 11th July, 2013. It indicates that the Petitioner was appointed on 17th June, 2013. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions, that he actually worked for two days. Respondent No.5 SUNNY THOTE

913-WP-15964-2024-(C).odt Management had taken his signature on a blank paper and that is used for preparation of a resignation letter. The Petitioner has not challenged his termination that occurred in June, 2013. 3.

Considering the prayers by which the Petitioner has desires that the pending proceedings before Respondent No.3 be decided within a timeline, the learned AGP places on record before us an order dated 24th January, 2023, which is a decision in the proceedings preferred by the Petitioner. The same is marked as 'X' for identification. On the last page, he points out the copy of the order that has been forwarded to the Petitioner. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that he has not received this order, and he is reading this order for the first time after the learned AGP gave him a copy in the Court hall. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. If the Petitioner avails of a remedy, as is permissible in law for questioning the order dated 24th January, 2023, all contentions are kept open.
