Heard learned Advocate for Petitioners/ Plaintiff. In a Suit filed by them for issuing temporary injunction against the Respondents No.1 and 2 (Page No.31), the trial Court as per order dated 1st July 2024 has allowed the intervention of present Respondents No.15 to

28. This order is challenged by way of this petition. According to the petitioners, they are not necessary parties.

The present petitioners have also filed another Regular Civil Suit No.7 of 2022. The Defendants are same. It is on the basis of different cause of action. Therein also the trial Court has allowed the impleadment. That order was challenged by the petitioners by way of Writ Petition No.6516 of 2023. This Court as per order dated 19th July 2023 has issued a notice and stayed the implementation of the order therein. The said order is at Page No.33.

Issue notice before admission to respondents No.16 to 19 returnable on 18th February 2025. Private notice is allowed. Service affidavit be filed.

Till next date implementation of the order impugned in this Petition is stayed.

Writ Petition No.15998 of 2024 and Writ Petition No.6516 of 2023 be clubbed with this Petition.
