We have perused the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Gujarat & Ors. Versus Dr. P.A.Bhatt & Ors.1 2.

Keeping open the issue of joining the affected B.A.M.S. Doctors as Respondents, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 10th March, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of the Respondent State.

Let the learned AGP file an affidavit in reply, on or before 7th March, 2025. So also, a list of those Doctors who are likely to be [2023] 15 SCC 257
