1) The impugned order merely directs remand of proceedings before the Mamlatdar's Court for being decided afresh. One of the grounds for making an order of remand by the Sub Divisional Officer, Man-Khatav, is non impleadment of all the owners of land bearing Gut No.622. I am therefore, not inclined to interfere in the impugned order.

2) Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
