1) This writ petition seeks to challenge the order dated 27th May 2024 in Case No. JaPraTa/Seva/Sangli/10/2022 by which the Caste Certificate issued to the petitioner has been held invalid. Therefore, pending final disposal of this writ petition, the respondents shall not terminate the services of the petitioner and he shall be permitted to perform his duties.
