The Writ Petition although seeking quashing and setting aside of the impugned Order dated 30th January, 2020 issued by the Respondent No.2 - Kalyan Dombivali Mahanagar Palika (KDMC) and directing Respondent No.2 - KDMC to treat the services of the Petitioner on the regular post of Clerk and to stop consequential recovery of salaries and allowances from the Petitioner, there is a 1/2

12-wp-16074-2024.doc representation dated 18th May, 2021 which is required to be considered by the Respondent No.2 - KDMC.

Accordingly, we direct the Respondent No.2 - KDMC to decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 18th May, 2021 keeping in view the Petitioner's caste validity certificate dated 8th December, 2006 in accordance with law.

Order on such representation shall be passed by the Respondent No.2 - KDMC within a period of six weeks from the date of this Order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
