The prayer put forth by the Petitioner management is that the pending proposals seeking approval to the appointment made on 20th August, 2021 and submitted on 20th September, 2021 be decided in a time frame. Further prayer is put forth that the Petitioner's request letter dated 1st March, 2021 seeking grant-in-aid to the school namely Shri Saraswati Vidyamandir, Gokhivare, Tal. Vasai, Dist. Thane, be considered favorably.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (i) The proposal dated 20th August, 2021 pending with Respondent No. 5, be decided within a period of 45 days by following the due procedure laid down in law and by conducting a proper verification.

(ii) The request letter dated 1st March, 2021 be considered by Respondent No. 1, in the light of the policies as may be applicable. A decision thereon may be taken within 120 days from today.
