Heard Mr. Koregave, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

Challenge in the present Petition is to the judgement and order dated 26.02.2024 passed by Industrial Court which is appended at page No.117 of the Writ Petition.

Issue notice to Respondent. Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Petitioner is directed to serve the Respondent a copy of this order and inform it about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof.

Mr. Koregave would submit that though Complaint has been dismissed, one of the claim of Petitioner is towards Provident Fund amount and that cannot be withheld by the Respondent. 5.

Further submission made by Mr. Koregave is that Petitioner

Respondent is directed to consider the aforesaid grievance made by Mr. Koregave and accordingly file its Affidavit-in-Reply before the next adjourned date.
