The only request made by the petitioner is for expeditious consideration of the stay application that has been preferred in the Revision Application filed before the State Government under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. It is submitted that the proceedings were fixed on 8th October 2024 before the State Government. However, on 7th October 2024 a notice was published adjourning all proceedings that were fixed on 8th 1/2 ADN
11-wp-16172-2024.doc October 2024. Since the elections of the housing society are now scheduled on 8th December 2024, the petitioners seek a direction for expeditious consideration of the stay application preferred by them. 2.
Having heard the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for respondent No.5-Society, it is directed that the prayer for interim relief made by the petitioners in the Revision Application shall be decided on its own merits after hearing all parties by 30th November 2024. It is made clear that all points on merits are kept open.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. 4.
