The dispute in the present case though is in respect of the deemed membership, the dispute appears to be between the siblings in respect of subject flat which goes beyond the aspect of deemed membership. Considering the relationship of the parties, this Court posed a query as to whether the parties are agreeable for mediation to which both of them are agreed. 2.

The parties are referred to the Mediation Center, who shall appoint a Mediator in the matter. List on 6th December, 2024, under the caption for "direction".
