The learned Advocate Mr. Arjun Kadam, Advocate for the Respondent No.5 has filed a preacipe dated 12/03/2025 for discharge of his appearance from the present Writ Petition as an Advocate for the Respondent No. 5.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 5 has placed on record a copy of the letter/Notice dated 25/02/2025 addressed to the Respondent No.5, wherein he has shown his intention to withdraw his appearance from the present petition .

He has also annexed postal consignment status report which shows that the said letter was duly delivered to Respondent No.5

The said letter dated 25/02/2025 alongwith online tracking report are marked as "A" for the purpose of identification.

As there is due compliance on the part of the learned Advocate, Shri Arjun Kadam, Advocate is hereby discharged from the present petition as an advocate for the Respondent No.5 by virtue of the powers conferred upon the Registrar under Chapter II Rule 3 sub-rule (n) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.
