Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that close blood relatives of the Petitioner have been issued Caste Validity Certificate and according to law laid down by this Court present Petitioner deserves to succeed in the Petition.

We have perused the decision of this Court dated 27th February, 2015 in the case of Amol Narayan Wakkar vs. State of Maharashtra in Shubham Talle 1 of

35-WP-16218-2024.doc Civil Writ Petition No. 1222 of 2012 (Principal Seat). Amol Narayan Wakkar is close relative of the Petitioner, the genealogy is not disputed by the Caste Scrutiny Committee.
