Petition challenges the order of School Tribunal dated 24th June 2024 rejecting the application for condonation of delay of 2 years, 1 month and 27 days caused in preferring the appeal. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the delay computed by the School Tribunal does not take into consideration the exemption granted during Covid-19 pandemic. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 20th December, 2024. In addition to Court notice, advocate for the Petitioner to serve the Respondents by private notice by all possible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date. 4.
