Petitioner is a respondent in Regular Civil Appeal No.110/2024 that is pending before the District Judge-8, Nashik. He moved the District Court for transfer of the appeal by way of Civil Misc. Application No.154/2024. It was rejected on 20 September 2024. That is why present writ petition.

Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 2 December 2024. They be served privately. The Petitioner can file service affidavit. The Petitioners are at liberty to produce the documents to substantiate his contention that the appellate Court has entertained and heard certain persons who are not party/parties to the said appeal.
