In this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking permission for cutting mangroves in accordance with the permission granted by Environment and Forest Authorities, so as to enable the Petitioner to start the work of construction of 200 meter Jetty at Naval Station Karanja in Mumbai Naval Harbour alongwith Associated services for minor war vessels and passenger ferries.
