The petitioner seeks to raise a challenge to an ad-interim order granting injunction dated 12th December 2023. Since such order is appealable under provisions of Order 43 Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, this writ petition is not maintainable. 2.

Accordingly, with liberty to challenge the order dated 12th December 2023 in Miscellaneous Appeal, if so advised, the writ petition is not entertained. All points raised are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of.
