Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty of the Court to amend the prayer clause in the Writ Petition and for the said purpose has tendered a draft amendment. 2.

Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and having heard learned counsel for the parties, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to amend the prayer clause of the Writ Petition in terms of the draft amendment tendered today to the Court.
