Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-applicant and learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent nos.1 to 3. 2.
Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, time to remove the office objections pursuant to the order dated 12th November 2024 stands extended by a period of four weeks from today. Subject to removal of office objections within that period, the writ petition shall be restored to file.
