The proposal pertaining to the transfer of the Petitioners from the unaided establishment to the fully aided establishment, is pending adjudication with Respondent No. 2. These Petitioners have been transferred in July, 2020. Hence, the GR dated 11th December, 2020 would not be applicable to their cases, is the contention. 2.

Since the proposal is pending for decision at the hands of Respondent No. 2, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to Harish

16-WP-16368-2024.odt Respondent No. 2, to deal with the proposals forwarded by the Management, strictly in accordance with the law, policies and the regulations applicable and after conducting a meticulous verification exercise, a reasoned order may be passed within a period of 60 days from today.

The concerned Authority would also consider whether the GR dated 11th December, 2020 would be applicable or not, in the light of the submissions of the Petitioners that they have been transferred prior to the issuance of GR.
