Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent No.1 has been served by private notice and affidavit of service will be filed in the Registry during the course of the day. 3.

Perusal of the order of 12th November 2024 would show that the submissions of learned counsel for the Petitioner was that there was no explanation for condoning the delay of 34 years. He submits that after condoning the said delay, the matter is now fixed before the SDO for hearing tomorrow. Considering that the private notice has been served upon the Respondent No.1 and none appears on his behalf, list Patil-SR 1 of
