We have heard Mr. Soman, learned counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

One of the contentions raised in the petition is that the provisions of Maharashtra Ownership of Flats Act, 1963 ("MOFA") has not been made applicable to Village-Vangaon, District-Dahanu, Taluka-Palghar and that therefore, the impugned order of unilateral deemed conveyance is without jurisdiction.
