The petitioners seek implementation of the order dated 30th August 2014 that has been passed by the State Government in the matter of correction of mutation entries pursuant to adjudication under the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks time to obtain instructions.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order dated 30th August 2014 is the subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition No.1407 of 2021 that has been filed by the respondent no.5. He seeks 1/2 Digitally signed by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:
