The approvals to the appointments of the Petitioners have
been refused on the ground that the appointments of the Petitioners were not made through the Pavitra Portal which was active. We also find that the Management had published the advertisement in the unknown newspapers, namely 'Gramoddhar Satya Sahyadri'. 2.
Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 29th January, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
