The Petitioner and Respondent No.5 have entered into Consent Terms bearing today's date which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms have been signed by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV the Petitioner and Advocate for the Petitioner as well as Respondent by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2025.12.17 11:17:42 +0530 No.5 and Advocate for Respondent No.5. We are satisfied that the Consent Terms are in order, not contrary to law and have been drawn by the parties of their own volition in reflection of their true intentions. 3.
The undertakings, if any, in the Consent Terms being accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Respondent No.5 - Bank has in Clause 11 of the Consent Terms agreed to pay to the Petitioner, a sum of Rs.91,50,000/- within a period of one month from the date of these Consent Terms, being the amount of refund, after statutory deductions, with regard to the auction sale of Apurvai Bunglow, subject to the Petitioner withdrawing all the Complaints/Cases against the Respondent Nos.5 - Bank, in full and final settlement of all claims of the Petitioner of whatsoever nature. It is further agreed that on such payment being made, the auction sale conducted by the Respondent No.5 on 30th May, 2022 shall stand rescinded and cancelled.
