Both these matters at Serial Nos. 71 and 103, were mentioned at 2.30 p.m. since the Petitioners submit that they are not asking for any adjudication in these matters. They only seek a direction to the Education Officer to decide the pending proposals within a time line.

The learned AGP submits that the proposals would be decided by following the due procedure laid down in law and a reasoned order would be passed within the time line granted by this Court. 3.
By recording the above statements, we are directing that the proposals be decided within 90 days.

Both the Writ Petitions are disposed off.

If the order is adverse to the Petitioner, needless to state, the Petitioners can avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. In the event, the order is in favour of the Petitioners, further steps as are warranted in law and the procedure for grant of the Shalarth ID, shall be initiated expeditiously.
