In both these writ petitions the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the respondent no.3 - Tahsildar to take necessary steps in terms of the communication dated 17th August 2021 issued by the respondent no.4 - Maharashtra Gramdan Navnirman Samiti, Pune. By that communication, a request has been made that the Revenue Records be corrected in the light of the contents of the said communication. 2.

In the light of the aforesaid, it is directed that within a period of six weeks of receiving copy of this order, the Tahsildar - respondent no.3 shall take further steps in accordance with law in the light of the 1/2 1-WP-16598-2024 & WP-16601-2024.doc Dixit

communication dated 17th August 2021. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. In case of any further grievance of the petitioner, he is free to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 3.
