LATA SUNIL PANJWANI The matter is taken on Board by way of a praecipe. 2.

The trial Court while granting relief to the defendantpetitioner directed to deposit 25% of the principal amount within 60 days from 18 September 2024. Copy of the order is annexed to the praecipe. Principal amount is Rs.13,23,000/-. 3.

The defendant is the daughter-in-law of the plaintiff. Her contention is that there are no sufficient documents to file a summary suit. Additionally, it is contended that matrimonial disputes and the cases are pending in between the defendant and her husband. Now the matter is fixed before the trial Court on 19

Issue notice to Respondents, returnable in 11 December 2024. Private notice is allowed. Service affidavit be filed. 5.

In the meantime, the impugned order dated 18 September 2024 is stayed till next date subject to deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs only) within two weeks before the trial Court. (S.M. MODAK, J.)
