By the impugned order, the Cooperative Court dismissed Dispute under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, against which the petitioner has remedy of statutory appeal before the Cooperative Appellate Court. 2.

Hence, keeping all questions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition open to be agitated before the Cooperative Appeallate Court, the writ petition stands disposed of.
