Mr. Roshan Sawant, learned counsel for the Respondent No.11 (b) points out that in the order dated 16th April, 2025, the date of the order is incorrectly mentioned. The date ought to read as: "16th April, 2025"

The learned counsel also points out that in the said order in the 6th line of paragraph No. 9, the word "inconistant" is required to be corrected as "inconsistent".
