Learned Advocate for the Petitioner fairly states that this Petition had been filed at the stage of issuance of notice for implementation of the order under the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, 1906 to remove alleged encroachment / obstructions. Thereafter, during the pendency of this Petition, the final order in the revision came to be passed, which was the subject matter of a challenge in Writ Petition No.736 of 2025 He submits that the aforesaid Writ Petition was dismissed on January 21, 2025.
