In view of the plea of maintainability of the Writ Petition raised by Mr. Girish Godbole, learned senior counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2, Mr. Akshay Kolsepatil, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that considering the subsequent developments that have taken place during the Digitally signed by PRIYA RAJESH SOPARKAR Date:

1 IA 2825-26 IN WP 16698-24 WITH WP-C.DOC pendency of the Writ Petition, whereby the change report has been submitted before the Assistant Charity Commissioner and the Petitioners have raised objection to such change report, the Writ Petitioners would be satisfied, if this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Charity Commissioner to consider the objections raised by the Petitioners to the change report and dispose of the same within a reasonable time. 2.

Mr. N. C. Walimbe, learned Addl. GP appearing for the State does not have any objection to such prayer.

In view of the above and taking note of the submission made by the Petitioners' counsel, we dispose of the Writ Petition by providing that the objections raised by the Petitioners to the change report be considered by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the receipt of the authenticated copy of this order and be disposed of by a reasoned order. All rights and contentions of the parties, alongwith remedy available under the law, are kept open.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, all Interim Applications also stand disposed of.
