Around 5 months have passed by after the representation dated 27th June, 2024, was tendered by the Petitioner. Hence, we call upon the Secretary to the Hon'ble Chancellor to apprise the office of the Hon'ble Chancellor to deal with the said proposal and decide the same within a period of 120 days from today, if not already decided. 4.
