By the present petition, the challenge is to the Order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner in a pending inquiry declining to delete the Public Trust Registration [for short, "the PTR"] entries by which the family temple of the petitioner came to be registered under the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 - Devasthan Samitis. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the inclusion of the said temple in the Devasthan Samiti came to be challenged, which challenge was accepted and the matter was remanded for fresh inquiry. He submits that in these proceedings, the application was made for setting aside the P.T.R. entries for the said temple as the matter was remanded, which has been rejected. Sairaj 1 of

Issue Notice to the Respondents, returnable on 16th December, 2024. In addition to Court notice, advocate for the Petitioner to serve the Respondents by private notice by all possible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date. 4.

In the meantime, the P.T.R. entries are directed to be kept in abeyance.
