1] The learned counsel for the petitioners by inviting attention to the notice dated 03/12/2024 issued by the Executive Magistrate and Resident Nayab Tahsildar submits that steps for taking possession of the secured assets are now scheduled on 24/12/2024. He submits that the petitioners are ready to pay necessary charges for seeking police protection. If such charges are paid by the petitioners, police protection shall be made available in accordance with the rules.
